Full Refund:

Students have the right to withdraw from the On-Site Training Program herein without any penalty by:

• The student shall have the right to cancel within three (3) calendar days from the date of the student's first payment towards taking a class. The student must notify Invest Academy, in writing, of the desire to withdraw, and the notice must be received by Invest Academy at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled start date for the student's course. Invest Academy will issue a full refund within 30 days of the notice date, in the amount actually paid to Invest Academy by student, provided all training materials have been returned in undamaged condition. If the training materials are damaged or not returned, the refund shall be for the cost of the course, less the value of the materials and applicable sales tax or the money paid, whichever is less.

• At the sole discretion of Invest Academy.

Partial Refund:

Students have the right to withdraw from the On-Site Training Program herein without any penalty by:

• The student shall have the right to cancel within one (1) calendar days from the date of the student's first class date. The student must notify Invest Academy, in writing, of the desire to withdraw, and the notice must be received by Invest Academy prior to the scheduled date of the student's second class in the course. Invest Academy will issue a partial refund (50%) within 30 days of the notice date, in half the amount actually paid to Invest Academy by student (50%), provided all training materials have been returned in undamaged condition. If the training materials are damaged or not returned, the refund shall be for the cost of the course, less the value of the materials and applicable sales tax or the money paid, whichever is less.

In all other events, no refunds will be made.
